		The Beginning Our founder, Jerry Rogers, was so frustrated losing his dogs when exercising them at night he searched for a luminous dog collar but was not totally happy with those available on the market. He then researched the options and came across the technology of Electro-Luminescence (EL). He designed a unique fastener (patent pending), sourced a manufacturer to produce the product and went into production, so from the erratic behaviour of Jerry’s canine friends GLOWSAFE® Ltd was borne. He discovered that although EL has been in existence for a number of years the potential for the Corporate Promotional market has not been seriously explored. The products now available range from Promotional moving light recognition to safety wear and leisure wear in most applications you can envisage.
